This section explains the services and facilities we offer for customers with disabilities.

Our offices are open to customers by appointment only. You can book an appointment by calling the 24-hour Passport Adviceline 0300 222 0000 (see terms and conditions). When you book an appointment, please let us know if you have any special requirements or questions about access.
